  1. (Age) You must be 18 years old or older at the time of redeeming the offer. Should you not be eligible for redeeming this offer, the relevant Grace Dental practice will provide details of standard rates for consultation for your consideration in advance of your appointment.
  2. (Duration and limit) Free consultation is limited to 30 minutes. You can claim one free consultation for dental implants. You must mention this offer before your appointment or at reception to redeem the offer. Our dentist will advise you if further consultations are required (and standard rates for such consultations).
  3. (What the consultation will include) During the consultation, our dentist will generally:
  4. discuss your goals;
  5. provide information about what dental implant treatment can do;
  6. evaluate your teeth condition to consider whether dental implants may be suitable for you; and
  7. if the treatment is deemed to be suitable for you, discuss payment options and provide you with a quote containing an estimated cost for the treatment.
  8. (No obligation to proceed) You will be required to fill out a medical history form when you attend the Grace Dental practice (and prior to your free consultation) to assist the Grace Dental dentist’s evaluation. There is no obligation for you to proceed with dental implants following the consultation.
  9. (Health insurance coverage) If you have private health insurance, it is your responsibility to check with your health fund which portion, if any, of your fee is covered. While our practices accept all major health funds, not all health funds offer the same level of benefits and your level of cover will affect your “out-of-pocket” costs. In addition, many of our practices are classified as preferred providers for selected health funds. This allows our patients to gain access to additional exclusive benefits, depending on their health fund and level of health cover.
  10. (Standard dental check-up may be required before commencing dental implants treatment) The free consultation does not check for tooth decay, gum disease or other potential dental concerns. It is only intended to assess whether you may be a suitable candidate for clear aligners.
    If our dentist considers you to be suitable, depending on your existing teeth conditions, you may be required to have a check-up, clean and x-rays before starting dental implants. If that is the case, our dentist will provide you with Grace Dental’s standard rates for such treatments.
  11. (No guaranteed outcomes) While we will undertake our best endeavours to support you to achieve your desired results, individual responses and individual results vary. Outcomes experienced by one person do not necessarily reflect the outcomes that other people may experience, as results may vary due to many factors, including the individual’s genetics, diet and exercise.
